After graduation from New York University he returned to Indian to join the

Vice Chairman during the eight years that he worked there.

on his own and founded Radiance Realty. This real estate development firm which
is based in Chennai, has made a name for itself as one of the most trusted and
reputed realty developers in the region. The firm has especially cemented
itself in the luxury residential real estate market. Varun Manian’s hunger for
success pushed him to launch even more ventures on the property development
front. Along the way he launched ventures like Radiance facility force,
Radiance Home Solutions and Radiance Total Care which helped meet the various
needs of the market.
At the same time Varun Manian has
ensured that he remains true to his roots and doesn’t get carried away with his
success. He has invested a substantial amount in philanthropic activities and

Radiance Genie initiative which helped over 30,000 people during the floods in
Chennai. He continues to expand the boundaries of his efforts in business as
